1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility Period: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
Condition of Items: The jewellery must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before purchasing.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you detailed instructions on how to return your jewellery.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns: For domestic returns (within India), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
International Returns: For international returns, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and any customs duties/taxes associated with the return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. refund will be processed and credited within 7 to 8 working days.depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please let us know when you contact us. We will help facilitate the exchange based on product availability.
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
If there is a difference in price for the exchanged item(s), you will either be refunded or asked to pay the price difference.
